Elitech LLC is a family-owned appliance and TV repair company based at 10506 W. Greenfield Ave., West Allis, WI 53214. Founder Patrick Kaiser started the business in 2010 after five years working as a technician for another company, and it’s been fixing Milwaukee-area homes ever since.

We repair refrigerators and freezers, cooktops, ranges and ovens, dishwashers, washing machines and dryers, microwaves, and flat-screen or smart TVs — gas or electric, in most major brands.

Most repairs are done in-home. For TVs, countertop microwaves, and portable A/C units, you can also drop the unit off at our shop Monday through Friday for a reduced rate.

Most part replacements take around 15 minutes once we’ve diagnosed the issue, and the majority of repairs are completed in a single visit. Our vans are stocked with common parts to make that possible. If a part needs to be special-ordered, average turnaround is 4–6 days.

We’re open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Appointments are booked into one of three windows: 8–12, 10–2, or 12–4.

Yes, always. You’ll get a heads-up call before we show up so you’re not left waiting around wondering when we’ll arrive.

No — the diagnostic fee and labor rate cover our time only. We’ll always tell you the cost of any parts before we order or install them, so there are no surprises on the bill.

If we’re unable to diagnose the problem, there’s no charge at all. If we do diagnose it and you decide not to move forward with the repair, the $100 diagnostic fee applies.

No. Pricing is the same no matter when you schedule. Same-day slots are available if you call early enough in the day — there’s no rush fee.

$100 covers the on-site diagnostic. Labor is billed at $160/hr in 15-minute increments — most repairs run about 15 minutes, which works out to roughly $140 total in diagnostic and labor, plus the cost of any parts. We’ll always confirm the price with you before starting work.

Yes. Every completed repair is backed by a warranty covering both parts and labor. If the same problem comes back, we’ll return and fix it at no additional charge.

Yes. Elitech LLC is an authorized warranty service provider for LG, Electrolux, Frigidaire, and Midea. On valid manufacturer warranty claims, we bill the brand directly, so parts and labor cost you nothing.
