Standard Pricing
When we first arrive on-site, we run a diagnostic on the appliance or TV for a standard fee. Repairs completed on the first trip are billed quarterly, in addition to the diagnostic fee. Most repairs or part replacements take around 15 minutes.

Major Repair Pricing
We will quote you on any major repair to your home appliance. Usually this cost will start at $160/hr. We’ve been repairing appliances and televisions for over a decade, so we generally know how long a job will take before we start.
We will always give you a clear estimate before beginning any major repair โ no work starts without your approval.

Pricing FAQ
Do I pay the diagnostic fee even if you can't fix it?
If we cannot diagnose the issue, there is no charge. If we diagnose it but you choose not to proceed with the repair, the $100 diagnostic fee applies.
Are parts included in the price?
No โ the diagnostic fee and labor rate do not include parts. We’ll always tell you the cost of any parts needed before we order or install them. No surprises.
How is labor billed quarterly?
Our labor rate is $160/hour, billed in 15-minute increments. Most standard repairs take about 15 minutes, which comes to $40 in labor on top of the $100 diagnostic fee โ totaling $140 plus any parts.
What if a second trip is needed?
If a return visit is required (e.g., to install a part we ordered), we will provide a quote for that visit in advance. There are no automatic charges for a second trip without your knowledge and approval.
Is there a warranty on repairs?
Yes. All completed repairs are covered by a parts and labor warranty. If the same problem recurs after our repair, we will return and address it at no additional charge.
Do you charge extra for same-day service?
No. Our pricing is the same regardless of when you schedule. Same-day appointments are available when you call early, and there’s no premium or rush fee for them.
